At Cholsey Pre-School we aim to give children a full year with us before they start at a Primary School.
Priority for sessions is given to children who, turn four years old within the academic year (September to September, FS2 year), live within the school’s catchment area and do not attend another Pre-School or Nursery. Therefore on registration your child will be put on our registration list into School Year Cohorts.
If we have any remaining sessions these will be offered to the next School Years Cohort for children aged 2 1/2 years and in line with our admission policy.
All Children in the Cohort due to start in the September will be offered 15 hours and the term after your Child turns 3 they are entitled to 15 hours of Government funded sessions. If you are eligible for 30 funded hours, subject to availability we may be able to offer you an extra 15 funded hours. Please note before offering 30 funded hours codes will need to be checked.

09.01 Registration list and admissions July 21
We currently run the following sessions:
Morning Session: 8:45am to 11:45am
Afternoon Session: 11.45am to 2.45pm
Full day session: 8.45am to 2.45pm if your child is in for an all day session and you would like them to stay until 3.30pm they may at a charge of £6.
Breakfast Club, Stay and Play 1 and 2 are not included in the funded hours.
Breakfast Club runs from 8am – 8.45am
Stay and Play 1 runs from 2.45pm – 3.30pm
Stay and Play 2 runs from 2.45pm – 5pm
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL DAY CHILDREN: lunch boxes are stored on a shelf and are not refrigerated, we ask you to include an icepack in their lunch boxes.
