Safeguarding

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is all of our responsibility, it is down to all of us to make sure children are kept safe.

Cholsey Pre-School works with children, parents and the community to ensure the rights and safety of children and to give them the very best start in life. Our Safeguarding Policy is based on the three key commitments of the Pre-school Learning Alliance Safeguarding Children Policy.

Safeguarding is the top most priority for Cholsey Pre-School. As an OFSTED registered day care provider we are legally required to report all cases of actual or suspected abuse of any child in our care.

All our staff have up to date training in Safeguarding and have relevant DBS checks. Any new members of staff will be employed subject to DBS and Reference checks as well as passing our rigorous interview process.
